About Reeves County Records

Reeves County Busted Mugshots is a private reference site for people trying to understand the county's official custody and record routes. It does not host booking-photo galleries. The purpose is to distinguish the Sheriff’s dated In Custody report, a records request, a court file, and a Texas state-custody locator so a reader knows which office holds the record they need.

Purpose and Scope

Texas public-record rules can make some arrest and booking information available, but the records do not all live in one database. The Reeves County Sheriff’s Office is the starting point for county jail custody and booking records. The Texas Department of Criminal Justice serves a different state-prison role, while the County Clerk and District Clerk are the sources for later case activity. This site identifies those official channels and their limits without copying their records or photographs.
